Scope

This notice applies to nixa.systems. The site belongs to Saar.Systems; the other services under *.saar.systems have their own notices.

Hosting and server logs

This website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen) in Germany. When the site is called up, technically necessary data is processed in server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The logs are deleted after 90 days.

No cookies, no third-party services

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. The session on the home page is a recording and runs entirely in the browser; no data is transmitted and none is stored.

Getting in touch

If you write to me by e-mail, I process your details in order to deal with your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, otherwise (f)). The e-mails are stored on our own mail server in Germany and deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
